Running with the Runner Girl: Pizza!

Pizza!

I earned my share of this pizza today by running nine miles in the Eastern Washington heat (early in the morning, though, so it wasn't that hot yet), then bicycling 5.25 miles on hilly gravel roads with Rod. The swim portion consisted of a few lazy laps in the Rimrock pool later in the day. Having demolished the pizza, we're now at Safeway in Ephrata buying cherries (yum). Then we're going to see The Proposal. Never thought I'd be able to drag Rod to a chick flick...must be the allure of a small town movie theatre. Not to mention two hours of air conditioning....
